We have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in the West End, with a variety of layouts to choose from, including a one-bedroom with den option, ideal for a home office or extra storage. Every home comes with granite countertops and an in-unit washer/dryer, and select apartments feature sunrooms, private balconies, stainless steel appliances, and plank flooring. Yes, live-video tours are available for prospective residents who'd rather get a first look from home. Request a tour on our website, and a member of our team will help you set it all up.

While our apartments are rented without furniture, we've partnered with CORT Furniture Rental to make furnishing your new space effortless. Choose stylish pieces, flexible lease options, and fast delivery-everything you need to feel at home from day one.

PRICING & FEES

The standard security deposit is $500 up to one month's rent, depending on your screening report. It's a one-time cost, and your leasing team can walk you through exactly what to expect.

The building is cable-ready and supports multiple high-speed internet providers available in Washington, DC. You're not locked into a single option, so you can choose the provider and plan that works best for you.

Rent payments are handled through our online resident portal, which also has the option to set up automatic monthly payments so you never have to think about it.Our leasing team will get you set up on the portal when you move in.

Yes, a fee is charged per applicant to cover background and credit screening. Contact our leasing office for the current fee amount.

The standard income requirement is a combined household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. If your income doesn't meet that threshold on its own, a guarantor may be an option. Contact the leasing team for details.

Subleasing requires management approval. Please refer to your lease agreement for details, or contact the office if you need help reviewing your options.

Yes, renters' insurance with a minimum of $100,000 Liability coverage is required to help protect your home and belongings in your apartment. You will be asked to provide proof of active insurance before moving in. If you have any questions about the coverage needed, our leasing team will be happy to walk you through the details.

The leasing office will reach out before your required notice period with renewal options. You won't need to figure it out on your own; we’re here for you.

PETS

Yes! Pets are welcome at West End Residences. We allow cats and dogs, up to two pets per apartment. Some dog breed restrictions apply, so contact our leasing office to confirm your pet qualifies before you apply.

Yes. Here's how it breaks down:

  • Cats: One-time fee of $500 + $55/month in pet rent per cat

  • Dogs: One-time fee of $500 + $55/month in pet rent per dog

  • Maximum of 2 pets; no weight restrictions; breed restrictions apply

The location alone is a win for pet owners. The West End sits right on the edge of Rock Creek Park (one of DC's best natural areas), with miles of trails where dogs can stretch their legs. The building has a courtyard for on-site outdoor time, and the neighborhood's tree-lined streets and wide sidewalks make daily strolls genuinely pleasant. Edward J. Kelly Park is also close by for a quick outing.

Inside your apartment, you'll find granite countertops and an in-unit washer/dryer in every home. Many units also include stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, private balconies, sunrooms, and den spaces.

Every apartment at West End Residences comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, we partner with Dryy Drop to offer dry cleaning and laundry lockers for convenient pick-up and delivery.

Yes, on-site secure bike storage is available. The West End is a great neighborhood for cyclists, with the Georgetown Waterfront Trail nearby, Capital Bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area, and easy access to DC's broader bike network.

Yes, apartments are set up for high-speed internet and cable. Multiple providers serve the building, so you can choose the plan that suits you.

PARKING

Yes, on-site garage parking is available for residents at an additional monthly fee. Contact our leasing office for current rates.

No, we don’t currently have on-site EV charging available. However, the West End and Georgetown neighborhoods have public EV charging options available nearby.

MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT SUPPORT

Move-in costs typically include your first month's rent and security deposit. Our leasing team will provide a full, transparent breakdown of all upfront costs in your lease documents before you sign. 

We want to make you feel at home and to make your place your own, but some restrictions apply. Before painting, hanging items, or making any modifications, check your lease agreement or ask management. We're happy to clarify what's allowed. Keep in mind, it is essential that your home is returned in the same condition it was received.

If something comes up and you need to end your lease early, contact our leasing office as soon as possible. Early termination is subject to your lease terms and DC tenant protection laws, and our team will guide you through your options.

Your lease will specify the required advance notice of 60 days in writing. At move-out, we'll conduct a walkthrough of your apartment and provide a checklist ahead of time to help you maximize your deposit return.

Under DC law, landlords are required to return security deposits within 45 days of the lease end date, along with an itemized statement of any deductions. Leaving your apartment in good condition and providing your forwarding address are the two most important things you can do to speed things along. 

MAINTENANCE AND REQUESTS

Log in to the resident portal to submit a maintenance request at any time. You can also contact the management office during business hours.

Our team works to address routine requests as quickly as possible. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7, so you're covered no matter when something comes up. 

COMMUNITY AND LIFESTYLE

Residents are expected to be respectful of their neighbors. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm - 7 am to ensure all residents feel comfortable and at home here.

West End Residences is located at one of the most convenient addresses in Washington, DC, right at the crossroads of the West End, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. Here's what you have access to:

Metro:

  • Dupont Circle Station (Red Line): about a 10-minute walk east on Connecticut Avenue, with service to downtown DC, Bethesda, and Silver Spring

  • Foggy Bottom-GWU Station (Blue/Orange/Silver Lines): at a short distance to the south on 23rd Street, connecting to Rosslyn/Arlington, Reagan National Airport, and downtown

Bus:

  • Multiple WMATA Metrobus routes serve 24th Street NW, including the D1, D2, and D6, with connections to Georgetown, downtown, and Dupont Circle

By Car:

  • Reagan National Airport (DCA) is approximately 25 minutes away
